Monthlee

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 4, 2026

Monthlee helps you keep track of your subscriptions and bills. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what the app needs to work, we never ask for bank logins, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

What we don't do

How we use your information

Renewal reminders are scheduled on your device by your phone's notification system.

If you join a shared list, the people in it see the subscriptions you share into it and your name. If you turn on calendar sync, renewals are written to a calendar on your phone.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of providers to run Monthlee, each only for the purpose listed:

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while you have an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything in it from our live systems straight away. Copies in our database provider's backups are overwritten within a short period afterwards.

You can also export your subscriptions at any time from Settings.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with Argon2, and access to your data requires your sign-in.

Children

Monthlee is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of this you can do in the app; for anything else, email us at fzofficial429@gmail.com.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app for any significant change.
